How to configure Respository in localhost and integrate same in eclipse IDE

Hi Friends,
I am really tired in my problem, I want to setup my Repository in my
localhost on my Windows xp box. For that I install PHP Eclipse Helio version,Tortoise SVN and Eclipse Subversion. I don't know How to
configure my Repositiory and can work along with Eclipse IDE for same.
I Expect your Fast Reponse with a nice Help. :)

Have you installed subversion itself?

YES  I installed Subversion iteself, and also Tortoise SVN .... But I need to integrate SVN to my Eclipse IDE and can work in localhost in WAMP
Please Help me , In my Company we use same But in Fedora Core 13 , yet no idea about how to configure same in Windows XP Wamp.
I am waiting for your Help ....
