Project Management for Techies

I've created a Project Management with social skills, and I am looking for beta testers. This is not your typical PM with milestones and tasks, but can be managed in a different type of way through what's called projects. There is a wall for notes and/or discussions, ability to create projects that your team can join, notifications for comments/forum replies, plugin system, document manager per project, action hooks/filters, general forums and project forums. Basically looking for testers to confirm installation works, there are no error messages, no sql injection issues, or any type of feedback is greatly appreciated.

I'd set up a demo on your domain and I'm sure a bunch of people will test it. Some people may not have the time to download it and install or simply don't want to waste time doing it. I may install it tomorrow and I'll give feedback but a demo would be best.

As suggested by @Coreye, I've setup a testing area. Testing as well as suggestions are welcomed. Let me know what doesn't seem understandable, and where directions, if any should be placed. Thanks again for the help.

Why aren't there any error messsages when trying to log in with incorrect information?

I also wasn't notified that my account was created successfully, it just submitted the post data and reloaded the registration page.

I guess I'm confused, before you updated the website I thought that the milestone and bug tracker you had set up was ProjectPress. After registering i felt like I was in some weird facebook api but that was actually what is ProjectPress.

To me it seems like you use wordpresses coding style with facebooks design and community style.

Thank you for that. This is all stuff I need to know. There is a thank you page after registration that states that you will receive an activation email, so if you don't see the thank you page, then I need to look at that. There have been two accounts registered today, so activation emails should have gone out. Please let me know if they might have gone into your junk box. Thanks.

You might want to create a demo user and password as well as your registration page doesn't seem to work.

Registration works, but they are not being redirected to the thank you page about the activation email. Please see test account info below.

username: testpress

password: projectpress

No one wants to sign up to some new product just to help you beta test. I sure as hell didn't provide an actual email address.

If you want it tested, give us a demo username and password.

Did you read this before posting?

I've read the majority of the forum guidelines and all if them regarding this forum. However, it was previously mentioned that people would not provide a real email address to test someone's software. That makes perfect sense, and I did not even take that into account. Since my script relies heavily on email notification, I realize this is probably not the proper place to seek help with testing. Therefore, that is why I sent a request to have this thread closed.

i agree with what has been said maybe you should look into the following code so the email is not getting flagged by the client as JUNK

i am sure it is setup to use wp_mail function which works in some clients in the inbox but some clients like gmail and hotmail list is as JUNK

you might try using PHPmailer
