I need some help with wordpress.

1. Need sidebar to reach footer when content exceeds height of sidebar.

2. Content area width needs adjustment. ( too much space on right )

3. Body text color needs adjustment.

4. Remove space above shortcode 2 column posts. ( below page title and above content. When I use short code a <p></p> is some how inserted.

Have $$$$$$$$$
