I use Ubuntu 12

I have a folder named 'Collection'. A script will auto create some folders and files in the Collection folder .

Is there any way that is all files and folders created by the script inside 'Collection' folder will have 777 value as permission. The collection folder also has 777 value as permission.

thx in advance :)

Yes, by setting the umask or manually chmodding them.
However, the question is why do you think you need to do this for? If you tell us what you're going to do which makes you think this is necessary, then I'm sure we can come up with a better solution for you. ;)
Keeping it simple.
