Hello guys , my name is joe and i want to create a website very much like Youtube , but i want it to be about the Uploaders i want them to be rewarded for the hard work and effort they put into there videos

Right now i am using Php Motion but want to change some things so ...... I need a team of good experienced PHP guys , to be my partners to help me run/keep up to date/change/make happen this website

I dont know if im looking in the right place but if you think you can help MSG back

PS if you are a hacker my Web server is being watched
