I just signed up today looking for critique help for my web site but I can't figure out how to post there. It says I can't post a new topic. Am I missing something? Please help.

You probably need at least 10 posts to post in that section, there are many things a user cannot do until they have 10 posts, to try to cut down on spam.
My goal in replying to posts is to help you become a better programmer, including learning how to debug your own code and research problems. For that reason, rather than posting the solution, I reply with tips and hints on how to find the solution yourself. See below for useful links when you get stuck.
