some ideas?

I want to add to this form (http://mfo3.webd.pl/test/cialoa.php) some function. Namely, text box where i could add url of item (thats example http://mfo3.pl/game/view.php?t=a&id=20) and after clicking "add" button it should adds contents of <div class="icon" to my form (just like after clicking "bold" or "italic" now. The example of contents <div class="icon" is <div class="icon"> <div class="Animator animator-display" id="HJS66420338322" style="margin: 0px; overflow: hidden; background-image: url(http://mf3.pl/static/icons/Armors.png?4d91e94f); width: 24px; height: 24px; display: block; background-position: -240px -96px; background-repeat: no-repeat no-repeat;"></div> </div>

Hi guys, I have question. Im trying to write some text editor with bbcodes etc. I need to add some textbox in which i could add url to item (http://mfo3.pl/game/view.php?t=a&id=20) and after clicking "add" button it will add to textarea contents of div with class=icon some ideas?
