URGENT! Microsoft Access PHP Flash

I am currently working on a facebook flash application. I would like to submit a highscore and the facebook user's username into a Microsoft Access Database using PHP codes. Now, i can retrieve the user's details. Is there any tutorials that you all can recommend to me? Please help. Thanks!
