How to include file from URL in PHP code?

Thanks for that pointer, but we already tried allow_url_include and allow_url_fopen and neither of those did the trick Now what? -
In my code include_once "http://myserver.com/someFile.php" does not work but include_once "/someFile.php" works I NEED to be able to full URL. Anyone know what PHP setting I need to change to get this working for me? Thanks
