  1. unset($_SESSION removes a session cookie and seems to be exactly what this guy was looking for. No variable is changed here. -- You may be very experienced and insightful, but the newbie is right on this one.
  2. Old threads need answers too. People hit these up with Search Engines all the time.
  3. That's it. I'd used the search, but the format and priority of the results and the age of the post thru me off. Sometimes I'm blind even with my glasses. Thanks.
  4. Instead of unset($_COOKIE['varname']) try unset($_SESSION['varname']);
  5. Hello, I found your site while trying to figure out how to delete session cookies. The thread I found never successfully resolved the question, but I did find the answer on my own. I'd like to post the answer to "How to delete session cookies?" but see no way to return to the thread once I've logged in. (I know it's an old post, but I'm sure it gets found by search engines fairly often.) I recommend adding a search forum (or forum topic) option. Meanwhile, how can I find (and post to) this thread now? JonL
