  1. No. =P But, I was hoping that someone would point me in the right direction. I should probably mention that I've been able to create a very simple cms, and I think I've found what I was looking for for uploads, but I'm still a bit lost when it comes to user registration.
  2. If I wanted to create a custom CMS that will allow people to be able to upload files, register a new account, to be able to add to a blog article, edit one's article but not someone else's, edit one's profile, be able to leave comments, edit comments as well as edit their blog articles in something similar to this forum's post box (with Bold, Italic, etc options), how would I go about it?
  3. I'm on a Mac Snow Leopard, using Firefox. You know what they say, less is more! Lol. Minimalistic layouts rock. But I do agree with the post above, your header doesn't seem to be getting enough attention it deserves. I think it's because of your navigation, since the size is quite similar to your header. I'd suggest either making your header a bit larger or lowering your navigation font size. I'm also getting a double vertical scrollbar on my screen, so you might want to check that out.
  4. I'm running on a Mac Snow Leopard and using Firefox 9.0.1. I've got a screen resolution of 1440x900 and the image of the food to me seems a bit big, because I have to scroll down a bit to be able to see the whole thing instead of being able to see it at first glance. And I'm not sure whether you were aiming for it, but the navigation at the top feels like it was cut off a bit. Not sure if it as unintentional or not, but it might be better if you shifted it a bit the left. Or maybe it's just my browser. ;P But I quite like your colour scheme and the images are wonderful! (I've attached a screenshot of the navigation on me screen.)
  5. I noticed that there was a child board for Windows and Linux, but what about a Mac? I'm a complete beginner to PHP and I'm not sure on exactly what to do to get PHP up and running locally on my computer. I've been reading a lot online about it, but let's say I'm a bit slow and still unsure. So I've got a few rather stupid questions, but well, here we go: 1. How do I install, or upgrade my version of PHP on a Mac. What do I need to be able to run and test it locally? 2. If I do run and test locally, will it affect my system if I make mistakes or whatnot? 3. How does it all work? I've only got experience with HTML and CSS. And I would love to get started on PHP! Thanks!
