so heres my question. im trying to get my ideas straight before starting a project. i dont know anything about php (which is why im here asking) im not sure if this is the place to ask but here we go: i am in the process of creating an app where 4 users are joined together in a session, then ,one user records a small 1 minute audio. once finished , this audio file gets shared to 3 other people logged in. 2 of the other users rate the uploaded audio, then the last user is able to repeat the process of uploading an audio. is this done with php or with something else. (not the app but the actual exchange of audio and session)
