I found the solution...
To make the picture a variable:
$imgUrl = $vehicle->Pictures[1]; $sql = "INSERT INTO latest (timestamp, vehicleid, img) VALUES ('$dateValue', '$vehicle->VehicleId', '$imgUrl')";
