404 on why is it free, privacy policy, terms and conditions. Forget password needs an explanation, I don't know to enter email or username from that form. The images are missing. I recommend writing something like [Register Now] below the login. It looks out of place in the top bar. On the register page, I think it should follow the same template. Also, it is hard to read the black on the dark gray. Lastly, for terms and conditions on the register page, confirming email looks like a condition, and in my opinion the words terms and conditions should link to a pop up with the terms and conditions.

If your redoing it I suggest using the armory and just asking for their user name and server (or server could be defined by the admin). I agree with the image being way to big. I would rather you put Javascript on a page to do the image rotation then have a 6MB image. You could also use flash which would probably work that out to about 1/10 the size, but still too much. I don't care for the navigation. I would like to boxes to be more 'noticeable'. (Make the color stand out more).

I think the height should be done with min-height and height. Then the bottom of the rectangle will wrap to the bottom of the content rather than being huge. I am on a laptop and it is 2 screens high. You could round the box with the navigation, the sign in button would probably look better as a link (just my opinion, that could stay). I don't care for the colors. The green looks good with the yellow, but I hate the yellow and I don't see the green fitting with many other colors. I would also recommend putting the registration form in a table so that it look more organized. Also, the ad on the registration form would probably do better below the registration, or between the header and the yellow box. Good luck with your site.

I am creating a stats suite. I don't have access to run Command Line scripts so I can't rely on a socket server. I want to have the user's server message mine a few details (the page loaded, a code to verify that it is the real server not someone trying to screw up the records, the users IP, and the refferer). I need this to be sent from a script on their server to my server to be added to the logs.
