  1. Hey, ok i've got the location: /usr/local/lib/php.ini How do I get to that folder though? Would logging in to FTP as the root user work? Thanks.
  2. Hey, ok sounds simple enough. Erm.... how do I get to the php.ini file? :p Thanks.
  3. Hey, question's in the title really. I have already downloaded a zip file containing the files, but I have no idea what to do with it. I've never installed any PHP packages and i've been searching the internet and I can't find any tutorials on how to do it. Any help is very much appreciated :). Thanks.
  4. Perfect! Thanks a lot guys. Sorry for asking such a n00b question, but i've never come across this before. Thanks again for the help.
  5. Hey, i've been using PHP for about 3 years and i've hit an odd problem. My server was wiped and the software was re-installed the other day and now my PHP files won't pass variables in the address bar. Example: <a href="page.php?id=1">click here</a> If I click this link it won't pass the variable to page.php even though everything looks fine in the address bar. I've tried everything and can only assume that the problem lies with a setting relating to PHP that must have been altered. Any ideas? Thanks :).
