Opening external webpage with POST parameter

Hello I need to open a external webpage in my PHP script with POST parameters. I know I can open a page using command FOpen($adress,"r"), but I get stuck while I need to send a POST param to that page and open it with this param. Is there a way how to do this? Thx for help
