OK, i made a web template on photoshop. How do i use it? Is there a possible way to use it somehow on photoshop, or do I use some other program such as Microsoft Frontpage or something?

I need to make a Trades System. What it basically does is you chose a spicific item and trade for another item from another persons account. After that the person who recieves the item has to complete the trade, if he agrees with the demands then he/she will, if not then no. Any idea how i do that?? completely new in php.
