Sorry if I sound incredibly ignorant and "Noobish", but how do you ban members from forums, if you don't have the permission to ban them (I had it done to me by someone who used PHP scripts)? Also, if someone banned me, could I use PHP scripts to get out of that ban? Even if I'm IP banned? Again, sorry for sounding "Noobish"
