    Hello, I'm using PHP & HTML, trying to display the legal doc but not allow it to be edited.  You know the drill  :). The code I'm using below causes it to be an input field, which I don't want.  I only want it to show the legal doc then the user checks an acceptance box. <TEXTAREA NAME="TextFileName" ROWS=14 COLS=80>@TextFileName@ </TEXTAREA> Thanks for the help, Bill
