1. I can recieve PMs, but I can't reply to them. Umm... I know the PM system was closed and such, but why can someone send me a PM but I can't reply. Its kind of strange.
 2. Pixies are "michevious imps". And it sounds cool when spoken. What else?
 3. Are you getting an error or is it just doing nothing?
 4. I'd just ask someone with Charlotte to send it to you. My computer didn't come with Century Gothic, and someone just emailed me the TFF. That might be illegal though--but it's just a font.
 5.

That guy has a lot of interesting beliefs about the human mind. It's absolutely fascinating.

Yeah, I've been learning a lot about it in my search for the AA.
Agreed. Especially so, considering that two of his biggest interests were dreams and symbolism.
I wouldn't expect it, but have any of you heard of the Argus Apocraphex?
I have not. Care to tell more? Another author that has caught my attention lately, although I've yet to read any of his books, is Eric Hoffer.
Well, this band I listen to has been constantly encouraging us (the fans, basically) to find it. We've been doing loads of research and find it mentioned in loads of places. But we still don't know much about it. Right now we're looking into Egypt for answers, but the name is greek. Arugs = a monster with 100 eyes, which was a steadfast guard who kept a few eyes open during sleep. Apocraphex comes from the word "apocrypha" which means a hidden text. http://thirtysecondstomars.emiforums.com/index.php?showtopic=295195&hl= You can read our search there. The last 10 pages have been particularly fruitful. :) If you take the time to read the whole topic--it feels like your brain will explode. but it's all part of the journey, right? I'll check that guy out! It sounds interesting.
 6. I've ready several books by Terry Goodkind. He's an amazing writer, even if his stories get a bit dicey.
I typically enjoy anything by the following:

Mahatma Gandhi
Carl Jung
Thich Nhat Han
Bill Watterson
Alan Watts
Ralph Waldo Emerson

That guy has a lot of interesting beliefs about the human mind. It's absolutely fascinating. I wouldn't expect it, but have any of you heard of the Argus Apocraphex? Supposedly it's a really rare manuscript, but I'm still doing a lot of research on it to decide what I think about it.
 7. Looks good, but I hate the black background. Try something lighter. :)
 8. Whoa, I was just needing something like this too! :)
 9. Read any great books lately? I'm not looking for suggestions as far as PHP or other computer-related topics. Just good books. :) I've been really interested in philosophy and greek literature lately, but any recommendations would be great. I'm on a quest for knowledge. As for my recommendations, I've recently read: "The Art of War" - Sun Tsu "The Alchemist" - Paul Coelho And I'm currently plugging through "War and Peace" by Leo Tolstoy and -trying- to order this book about Occam's Razor. Amazon is being a pain, though. I also recommend Harry Potter books for anyone looking for an easy, yet imageinately thought provoking read.
 10. That is funny! :D You should tell them.
 11. A Book. Called "PHP and MySQL for Dynamic Sites" by Larry Ullman. They recommend against the book, but I learned everything from it. I always recommend to people who want to learn: buy a book! I love books.
 12. The thing is, chances are you'll know just as much as those people with degrees (and possibly more).
 13. First things first: buy a book. Seriously, just reading through it and trying out the examples will help you SO much. We've got a thread here with book recommendations: http://www.phpfreaks.com/forums/index.php/topic,58799.0.html Loads of PHP books have User Login walkthroughs in them, and they explain it so well how you create one. If you actually read the book, you'll understand it and be able to add on your own features and stuff. Thats my advice. Read a book. :D
 14. Of course, dear. You'll have to be more specific about what kind of menu you want to make if you want us to help you.
 15. So, I can embed my flash SWF files and it works in Firefox, but it's invalid code. It doesn't show ANYTHING in IE. Is there a way to embed a flash movie with valid code that works in both Internet Explorer and Firefox?
