I couldn't find any posts on this (this is my first visit here... hello all). How would I go about making a site where I could either: A)  Make an upload page that a user could upload a new .txt file to a website to change the text in a blog-type atmosphere. For example, I have an <?php include file="/source/file.txt" ?> include in my site... is there a way I can make a page that will allow a user to just upload a new 'file.txt' to update their site? OR B) Can I make a form-based (Wordpress-type) page where the user could just type in an update and the PHP updates the 'file.txt' or 'file.php' file?
