How U installed Pear ??? Can U let me know ??? ;)

Hi to Every1, Im new to PHP and Want to install Pear Manager . I have installed PHP 5 on my Windows XP Operating System ( C:\php ) and Im using IIS as a webserver. I want to Install Pear Package Manager on my PC, so that i can use these extensions but im unable to find it anywhere . Can any1 tell me from where i can download the the Pear manager and start working on PEARS ???? I have read the documentation but there is no place on earth i found the pear installer or batch file ???
