superdudes

Im looking for someoen who can either teach me how to make a database then use php on the website to have mods. come in and chhose from a list from a drop down box and choose multiple choices then hit eneter and add it to the Database, or have someoen write it for me and send me the stuff...im using PHPMyAdmin
