I am in need of some code. We are running a Pick-em contest for 36 Bowl games. I need code for a form for the contestants to enter their picks. I need spaces for: Name Address City State Zip Email Username I need 36 dropdown boxes or with two options in each. Or mabe radio buttons? Here is the important part.... I need a submit button that sends their choices to my email and then returns to a page that says something like "Thanks for your entry!". This is probably fairly simple. I just don't know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
