    I'm using PHP application with Oracle as the database. The application insert texts into the database. However whenever I try to insert any "accentuated" character, it gets stored as "?". When I update/insert any accentuated character in the db using sqlplus, it gets stored perfectly. Can you please help me in this? Is there any kind of setting I need to do so that all the characters inserted/updated in the db appear good. Thanks in advance
