PHP Support Tickets

I'm using PHP support tickets on a website. When a ticket is replied to the person that created that ticket will get an e-mail notification. However I want other users besides the creator of the ticket to get an e-mail notification that the ticket has been replied to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Eric K
