Hi I want to reduce the size of an image. Using Pascal this takes one line of code. However in php so far my research shows me that I need to use a library. (JQuery with a plug-in) Is this normal. To get the real power out of php will I need to use libraries.. I am happy with php. I just need to know how best to use this language.. Thank you..

Hi I get this error Error Message when I click Privileges. I have just given the root user a password. Note: phpMyAdmin gets the users' privileges directly from MySQL's privilege tables. The content of these tables may differ from the privileges the server uses, if they have been changed manually. In this case, you should reload the privileges before you continue.
