Hello, I am having the same problem. I don't have access to edit my contact information (among other things) which I'd like to update and I only have a few tabs such as change email/password etc. Although I've been subscribed since 2002 (I feel old now), I can't do much other than what the original poster said as well. if you could kindly move me to the "regular member group" so I can get access to those tabs that would be wonderful.
