hai frnds, i am sriram from india. previously a year back i was working as a jsp developer. now i am in php 5 for last 1 yr. if i try to switch over to an big mnc's in india, unfortunately none of them recruit php developers. i need all your views and ideas, and i will take it serious consideration.
