Hi tried installing with a new fresh download of msi installer. Oh gosh. the same problem with JIT Debugger. Now the error is showing with mysqld.exe[2772]. I think this 2772 is giving us some information about the process id. I donno much about theese processes. But trying to figure it out.

Yeah. I will try downloading it again. Thanks..Just a small doubt. Should I have to download the essential or msi installer. Which one do you reckon? tried with zip(without installer) did not work.

Also plz advice me how to work with phpmyadmin to manage the database.

Hi Guyz, Howz things going. My side is going a bit weird...Ok I will come to the topic. Had a little experience with the installation of WAMP using XAMPP. Been trying & installing various combinations like PHP & Mysql on IIS etc. My problem was recently I have installed VS2005 and IIS. But IIS needs to be configured in order to work on php. I did it with PHP. But problem arises with MYSQL. Googled up but no similar items found. Here is the problem. I recently installed VS2005 & SQL Exp on my pc with IIS as well. IIS is using port 80 so I made this IIS as default and running php using IIS. All goes good. But problem is with mysql. Ideas like implimenting the website in sql/ms access will work. But my database is in mysql. So I installed mysql. While configuring the MySQL server instance it is colliding with the JIT compiler of visual studio and shows an Unhandled win32 exception occured in mysqld.exe[3860] before creating the MYSQL5 service when I press execute during the installation(MYSQL service is already running. So I disabled the process and created this new MYSQL5 service). Could any one please help me to resolve this. I want to use both php & VS2005 on my pc. Thanks Rakesh [attachment deleted by admin]

Hi guys, Just struck up in the middle of php cross roads. I will list out my problem any help is much appreciated. Just recently I started learing php and designed a small dynamic website using php to keep in my resume with own guest book, admin privilages, normal users and a shopping cart etc. and now ready for looking for jobs. Everytime I search for jobs on php I hear a new term like LAMP/CAKE/ZEND etc. It really scares and annoys me that some other work is still pending. If I google up all those terminology looks same but varies in some properties like linux and rubyon rails imitation & frameworks etc...and spending most of my time in learning theese conceptes but not in applying the jobs. But out of interest could any one please advice me how to learn php perfectly like which modules should I have to concentrate basically and what next? Also could any one please clear this. What is MVC in cake php. After reading the documentation, I understood that seperating the code individually into different pieces of code like Business layers in dot net. Please clarify this. M really drowning in the pool of confusions. Any help is much appreciated.
