I got the alert message when the flash not installed in ie7 browser. "This content requires Adobe Flash player10.Would you like to install it now?" How to avoid this alert message?Instead of this alert i need to show the html page. Help me!

I need to upadate date in to the table.But i need the existing time. Ex:2009-09-10 23:10:12 i need to update only the date. Ex:2009-09-11 23:10:12 But i get 00:00:00 when updating.. Need help on this!
