It's simple i want some php codes that can do the trick.. i want php scripts that's all i want....please

i have a music site, any person must be able to Request songs..then other who visits the site, can reply... it's just like i requested for this code "Request and Responce Code " and you replied back. exactly like this but this is forum, so it's has lots of module, i just want to request or ask question , then any1 can reply back.. i hope you understood, i'm sorry i'm so lame at explaning stuffs, and i need this code. please please something like we post threads, and others who knws about it reply to those post..... there is 1 link just like what i want, Please check it out so that you get a better picture of what i was saying http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=253456

hey i'm not so super good at php but i was having same probs, i had no idea, so i unistalled it and then and reinstalled, that solved my prob, if that doesn't do then you should have virus in PC which is slowing your browser to load from localhost, even just to browse phpmyadmin.. i might not be much help but it worked for me.

I'm bit new to php but i really want php scripts on Request and responce ... it's like user or members can request anything like if a person wants a songs to be uploaded, he can request then, every1 must be able to see it and comment it or give back response, just like forum but i don't want forum, just those parts only any1 please please i really have to get this..please...
