PHPIDS (Intrusion Detection System) - Anyone use it?

When using PHPIDS some of my existing scripts do return the following Fatal Erros. Is there a way to overcome these errors without changing the existing application. What is the cause for these errors ? So far as I understood, PHPIDS does only examine POST, GET... submitted data but does not interfere with existing scripts. But obviously it does in a certain way. Is there a configuration alternative to overcome this problem.
