i tried opening one of the files in the export, and they all give the message " make sure the application for the file type (.dts) is installed?

Hello, I received a new computer and copied over the files for an export i want to do for an online store i have. However, I get the error C:\Documents and Settings\IT\Desktop\shoprambowexport>DTSRun/N "CertificateGroupT"/F"C:shoprambowexport\CertificateGroupT.dts" 1>>log.txt 'DTSRun' is not recognized as a n internal or external command, operable program or batch file. However, this executable file works on the other computer. Something I did not transfer right?
