having password problems with a script

I have tried to use the following script but can not sign in to the admin area

I have tried to contact the owner of the script like others have and not getting very far.

Please can someone take a look at the script and advise what could be wrong with the script.

hopefully someone can figure it out.

Hi this script looks like it's been stopped. I tried to contact the author with no luck.
