mysqldump Restore error

I backed up a database using mysqldump but now i want to restore that backup. it so called restored it but didn't insert any tables or fields.

 

the backup file is over 22megs

 

here is what was inputed within shell

Now at this stage the database is empty

 

what have i done wrong if any

 

im using MySQL - 5.0.27 and fedora 6
