I have a database of contacts with their information(name email, address phone ,fax...)
now i have a billing form which will have all the feilds mentioned above plus some billing feilds
now what i want is that there is a insert button on this page which opens up the contact page(pop up) and u can check a perticular contact and submit so that all his info comes to the respective feild in the main form

This certainly isn't difficult to do. Read a database table, find a record in a different table that matches some key identifier then populate a form with abstracted data.

If you have some code written that already does some of what you want - with or without errors or underperformance - post your code and state the problems. If you want someone to deal with this on your behalf, post something in the freelance forum and state what you're offering in return.
