Max number of concurrent downloads for the same session (how to configure?) mine defaults to 2 (Apache 1.x/PHP4)

Hi all,

My current (default) Apache 1.x and php4 installation (under debian woody)
only allows 2 concurrent downloads from the same session user. To start a third
one it waits until one of the two is complete.

Does anyone know how to increase this number (maybe through php.ini or httpd.conf)?
