How to Insert adsense into php software and align it

I have UCCASS [a href=\"http://www.bigredspark.com/survey.html\" target=\"_blank\"]http://www.bigredspark.com/survey.html[/a] (its survey software) written in PHP. I'm a beginner with PHP and HTML, could someone tell me how i would add Adsense code to the PHP script and how to tell the script where to actually stick the Adsense ads, cause if i just stick it in, it just sticks it at the bottom of the page. What kind of codes would i have to put in to tell it where to stick it exactly.

It's a matter of just adding it to the right place in the HTML/Layout. You wouldn't tell the script to do anything. Just place it in the right place in the HTML.
