Here is a site i created and was wondering how the functionality works to others. There is a form on the landing page which allows you to login to the "test" account. The site allows anyone to create forms/surveys from scratch. Any comments/suggestions would be really helpful. We have kept the design really siple as to not make the process any more "confusing/distracting" to the user.
