A condition 1.free or GPL/GNU license 2.coding use php script /MySQL/cron/pop3/ 3.upload using mobile phones with attachment mail 4．if completed, Auto response notification example script: http://www.merenkov.com/attach/ I watched "hot script" or "site script".
