Need editor to handle 750mb txt file

I downloaded a print spool file as an ascii text file.

I need to go in and do some edit cleanup before I can do a layout for importing into a database.

Unfortunately I can't find a word processor or text editor that can handle that size of a file.

Anybody have any ideas?

Vim should be capable of doing it, but then again maybe only on Linux. If you are unfortunate enough to be stuck with windows then underlying filesystem might give you trouble with a file that large.
