Recommended Posts

hello everyone.

im currently making a script and am wanting to use the same "time posted" format in which is used in vbulletin forum. how exactly do I get this value using php? is there a php function to get a time like this or is this unique to vbulletin? [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/excl.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":excl:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"excl.gif\" /]

example values:

1149136506
1149161895
1149172533

Thanks alot, MoFish.

check [a href=\"http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.time.php\" target=\"_blank\"]time()[/a] and [a href=\"http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.mktime.php\" target=\"_blank\"]mktime()[/a]

You can use the [a href=\"http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php\" target=\"_blank\"]date()[/a] function to format the date or time
