Jabop Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 I have known what Zend PHP Certification is for as long as I can remember, but only until recently have I actually looked into it. I looked around and found some example topics and questions. I asked around in irc.freenode.org #php about what people's opinions on it are. I get mixed feelings. Some people say that it's pointless, some say that it is a good thing to have. Some say it's as pointless as an A+ Certification, but some say it's a nice thing to put on a resume. If you were HR and saw Zend Certified on someone's resume, would you disregard it? Would you laugh because someone actually took their time and paid for a useless cert? In general, what are your thoughts about obtaining the Zend Certification? Any opinions are welcome.
