i used google searching for the right meaning for CSV.
but i found alot and i don't know which is the right one appropriate for PHP that
i always encounter in the manual.

yeah, it is the complete meaning of CSV that i'm asking.
what is it? the definition & meaning?

CSV stands for comma seperated values. It's a flat-file database format.

In what way exactly are you not understanding how to use PHP to interact CSV files?
