Automate Php Script Execution By Time Interval On Windows

I know on Unix, you can use Crontab to automate php scripts to run at certain times but is there a way in Windows to do this? And if so, does anyone have a tutorial or explanation they wouldn't mind linking and/or sharing? Thank you in advance.

For windows its called Scheduled Tasks I belive.
