I've installed mysql server using Jason's repository (http://www.jasonlitka.com/yum-repository/), but unable to start mysql server by running '/etc/init.d/mysqld start', the error message is:

Timeout error occurred trying to start MySQL Daemon.
Starting MySQL:                                            [FAILED]

I then checked the log 'tail /var/log/mysqld.log'

I don't know how to fix this, anyone here knows?
