Running Zend Guard Encoded Files on Windows

Hello, I'm trying out Zend Guard on my local webserver which i installed using WAMP & XAMPP - @ seperate times(on a windows machine).

When I encoded some files and ran them on my system, well as you would guess, it didn't work. i tried to test run files which i encoded using Zend Guard, but when i run the files it kept telling me to install zend optimizer. the problem here is zend optimizer is already installed on my system, this i can tell from the phpinfo() output.

Can anyone PLEASE give me steps on how to setup my windows system to run Zend Encoded files?  Thanks.
