Making Forms Look Better

How Can i Get on html pages the Td Cells like colors and sizes so my form looks more professional i need a quick update been a while since ive been messing with HTML properties.

I would look into learning CSS rather then using html properties for style information. Alternatively you can use the style tag in html but its easier to just go with a CSS stylesheet, especially if you decide to change something later that effects your entire site design.
