[SOLVED] iframe?

Hi all,

I know this is possible, however im not quite sure how to do it, and google only returned "cra*" solutions..

What i want is a kind of iframe so that i can "show" a page even if it's not that one. While clicking a link on a framed page doesnt make me go to a full page.. It would be nice to control high and width, however i don't want those ugly scrollers.. can any one answer this one?

PS: sorry for my english :(

EDIT: please move to php help

Then go and learn...

jQuery may be a good starting point for you - it can do most of the leg work - word of warning jQuery 1.2 doesn't standardize the parsing of xml data in IE and other browsers - 1.3.1 may have addressed that though (not looked at it yet).
